Joe Collins, CLTC
     I joined New York Life in 2010 after 20 years as an Independent Agent.  I wanted the opportunity to work with a firm that provided my current and potential clients the various products and support that I value from an A++ company.*  I have been a proud member of Santa Cruz County community for the past 36 years and am a happily married parent of four children.  I have a vested interest in seeing my friends and neighbors achieve their financial goals.  I have many of the same hopes and objectives as my clients, and I am happy to share with you all of the resources and information which New York Life has to offer.

     My qualifications-  I am a Licensed Agent with New York Life and have 25 years of industry experience in Life, Health, Annuity, Retirement Planning  and Long Term Care Insurance.  I hold a CLTC designation with 20  years experience in the Long Term Care Industry.  A Bachelors Science in Education from S.U.N.Y Cortland.

     My goal is to provide professional services and solutions for my clients and their families.
